The use of high-quality ortho-, meta-, and vinyl ester resins, combined with pultruded cast-iron drainage grates reinforced with surface mats, provides excellent corrosion resistance.
2. Lightweight
The cast-iron drainage trench cover is made of a resin–glass-fiber composite, which has a low density—only one-quarter that of iron and two-thirds that of aluminum—yet its specific strength exceeds that of these metals.
3. UV Resistance
UV stabilizers and polyester surface felts are incorporated into the formulation to achieve excellent UV resistance.
4. High design flexibility
Dimensions are flexible and can be customized to suit the application and site conditions when cutting cast-iron drainage trench covers.
