The curved-slotted stainless-steel cover plate, also known as the circular-linear stainless-steel cover plate, is a highly popular trench cover today that opens up a new design avenue for architectural projects. It is custom-made from 201/304-grade stainless steel and can feature a single slot, dual slots, or multiple slots; however, the width of each slot must not exceed 12 mm, as wider slots could easily trap women’s high-heeled shoes. We generally recommend a slot width of either 12 mm or 10 mm. This curved-slotted stainless-steel cover plate offers excellent drainage performance, making it particularly suitable for installation in circular or curved areas where paving requirements are stringent. It is compatible with virtually all types of flooring materials and boasts strong load-bearing capacity.

Characteristics of the curved, slotted stainless steel cover:

    1. Suitable for various types of drainage channels: resin concrete channels, HDPE drainage channels, brick-built channels, and cement channels.
    2. Raw materials: 201/304 stainless steel; stainless steel thickness: 2 mm or 2.5 mm; brushed finish with film coating.
    3. Gaps: Can be single-gap, double-gap, or multi-gap.
    4. Gap width: 10–12 mm; we recommend keeping it no wider than 12 mm to prevent women’s high heels from getting stuck.
    5. Customization available for special specifications

As is well known, many drainage applications involve curved, angled, or circular installations—particularly in public plazas, schoolyards, sports fields, and landscape fountains. In such settings, arc-shaped slotted stainless-steel grates are an ideal choice. Their ingenious design and creative approach perfectly meet the specific needs of these environments: while fully ensuring effective drainage, they also enhance the aesthetic appeal of these areas. To date, numerous clients have placed custom orders for arc-shaped slotted stainless-steel grates, which have been successfully installed in various projects and have received unanimous praise from customers.
