  • Introduction to Stainless Steel Drainage Gully Covers:

Stainless steel drainage grates are water treatment devices that can continuously and automatically intercept and remove debris of various shapes from flowing fluids, and are widely used in municipal wastewater treatment.

Stainless steel drainage channel covers are custom-made to meet specific user requirements, including the required flow capacity, civil-engineering channel width and depth, and the desired rake-tooth gap. Equipment specifications are categorized by machine width, with the GS-LY300-3600 model designated for widths up to 1,800 mm. For widths exceeding 1,800 mm, a parallel-configured unit is employed, with a shared partition wall in the central section. Rake-tooth gaps are available in standard sizes of 1 mm, 3 mm, 5 mm, 10 mm, 15 mm, 20 mm, 30 mm, 40 mm, and 50 mm, selected based on flow rate, lift height, total solids–liquid separation volume, as well as the shape and particle size of the materials to be separated; material options can also be customized accordingly.

  • Our company’s products are custom-made to meet specific customer requirements in terms of materials and specifications. We kindly urge all customers to contact our designated representatives to inquire about the products you wish to purchase. This will ensure that you receive accurate product information and help minimize or avoid any unnecessary misunderstandings.
